A Very Satisfied Home Buyer

To Whom It May Concern: I would like to share with you the amazing experience I had with Arthur Wong in helping me and my wife find the home of our dreams. During the viewing process of finding our new home, Arthur researched each house we looked at and the surrounding area to give us added information to help us make the best possible choice. Mr. Wong was polite and professional and we felt that he was never selling us a house, but helping us find the home of our dreams. Through the use of his website and his instant notification program we were emailed information almost instantaneously when a home was on the market that fit our criteria. It was during this process we able to discover our new home immediately. We arranged a viewing of our potential new home and made an offer. We were not surprise of a competing offer during our bid, however if it was not for Mr. Wong’s negotiating skills and real estate knowledge, I believe we would of lost our home to someone else.
